Kim Schemahorn | Massage Therapist

I’m Kim, a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer in Louisville, CO, and I’ve been providing high-quality massage therapy since 2013.

As a massage therapist, I’m here to help you feel ridiculously good. Whether you’re dealing with stubborn pain, stress that won’t quit, or just need your body to cooperate with you again, I’ve got you covered.

I’m one of the few massage therapists who blends AcuDetox for calm, pain and stress reprocessing (your new anxiety superpower!), gua sha and cupping for those angry muscles, and custom exercises tailored to YOUR body. Let’s get you moving freely and living with way more ease.

  • Tips? Nope, Keep Your Money I charge what I need to make a living. Seriously, don’t stress about tipping.
  • Athlete Brain, Healer Hands 20 years of competitive swimming taught me what bodies need to perform AND recover.
  • Always Learning, Always Evolving Recently added cutting-edge pain and stress reprocessing and AcuDetox to my toolkit because your wellbeing deserves the best techniques available.

How I work:

My approach combines manual therapy with pain neuroscience education, corrective exercise programming, and nervous system regulation to help you achieve lasting relief, not just temporary symptom management.
